Pump check valve. The water pump check valve prevents water backflow into the pump.
Diffuser. The water pump diffuser controls the flow of water leaving the pump.
Magnet housing. The pump magnet housing attaches inside the motor housing and covers the drive magnet that turns the impeller.

Troubleshooting your Pro Source pump when the motor won't run
Make sure that the power switch is turned on.
Check for power. Check the circuit breaker for the pump and reset the circuit breaker if it's tripped.
Disconnect electrical power and check wiring connections on the switch and motor. Reconnect any loose wires and repair any broken wires.
If wiring is okay, you may need to replace the switch or the pump motor.
