The roller came with excellent instructions and there were helpful links to videos about replacing my old parts. The parts cost 1/2 the price from the other suppliers. Their order system using the factory model numbers gave me the confidence to buy all of the parts I needed to put my treadmill back in service.

Right part, perfect fit

Treadmill was very noisy at rear roller. Found correct replacement roller on diagram, ordered part. Shipping was very slow - 10 days or so. Measured distance between roller & frame, duplicated measurement with new roller. Took less than 10 minutes from start to finish, much quieter now.

Once the unit arrived it was installed within the hour and works great. The reason for losing a star is related to the delivery - Placed order in February, Arrived in April after being rescheduled Four times. All during this time the part was listed on their site as being in-stock. Toward the end of that time, they did add an estimated ship date to alert customers of the delay.
