EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have ordered two items and both came in a timely manner. The second item was an overlay for the control board, that I ordered first, and it came in a soft bubble envelope which the postman folded to put it in the mail box. The overlay is an electronic part that cannot be folded. I made a claim that the part was received damaged. And the Sears Direct Parts company sent a new one the next day. I received the second one by UPS a few days later. I was very happy with the company's response and their parts. My oven is working...just in time for Thanksgiving! I also did a chat session with them and they were very helpful. I will be ordering again! I do recommend Sears Direct Parts to others. Thanks for great customer service.

Need also when you replace the control panel this overlay should come with the control panel since you can't peel it off easy for the price of the control panel the overlay should be included

Easy install but single use

This installs easy enough the glue is very sticky make sure you place it correctly the first time. If you have to remove one you will need wire to skim it and wax paper to pull under it. Or it will look terrible but be functional.
