Call in your order don't order online!!! I ordered a 6qt bowl and got a email that confirmed it and was mailed a 5 qt and was told if I wanted a 6qt it would now be 50 dollars more and I had to call 4 times for a return label for them to email it to me.

I ordered two 6 quart mixing bowls. Part number W11350316. I received two 5 quart mixing bowls. I contacted customer service and they sent me out replacements and a return label. I just received my replacements they are also 5 quart bowls. So now i have four 5 quart mixing bowls i have to send back. I wanted these for Thanksgiving meal prep and everytime the order takes 2 weeks to arrive. I thought ordering them 4 months ahead of time would be enough lead time. My mistake.
