Easy to install, hard to remove

The switch was easy to install once I got the old one removed. The sealant/packing was all around the old switch making it difficult to get the old switch latch to release. Once the old switch was out, the sealant/packing had to be removed to release the wiring. This removal process took about 30 minutes, the installation took less than 5 minutes.

Incorrect switch shipped to me three times!

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received. I have tried three times to get the correct freezer door switch shipped to me and all three times I have received the wrong switch. I need the original switch for my freezer door, not the "equivalent" switch that the manufacturer has substituted because it will not mate with the electrical connector in my freezer! All three electrical blades are spaced equal distance apart on the switch that I need unlike the switch in the photo that has one blade set off by itself. I have provided the refrigerator model number and even confirmed a photo of the correct switch only to receive the wrong switch again! If you would like a better rating, please resolve this issue because the freezer lights are completely nonfunctional due to this one switch.

So much to say and nothing positive. We bought a fridge, expensive a year old that will not have lights in the freezer. There are many LED in the feezer but the switch went out and Sears doesn't seem to have a replacement. I have received every switch they state goes to this fridge and none of them were correct. No lights for the life of this fridge. Happy to see Sears go under.. The lack of your customer service is your demise..
